TSM OMS — order management system

Three role-based apps on one shared core — customers, writers and the support team — plus a one-page Stripe checkout. Orders, payments, payouts, chat and support in one system.

problem: A growing service business needed every role to work in one place: take orders, assign and deliver work, handle refunds and chargebacks, pay out writers and talk to customers in real time.
built: Frontend lead across the platform (≈2,000 commits): the support/admin app with ~65 modules (orders, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, merchant accounts, sales pipeline, HR flow), the customer and writer apps, and the shared core — messenger, notifications, websockets, generated API clients. Integrated Stripe and Solidgate payments: saved cards for customers, merchant and commerce accounts, payment flows and statuses for support. Built CorePay alone: a Stripe checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, status polling and analytics.
